Amazing customer service and buttery soft scarf

My wife loves cashmere scarfs so I bought her one for our anniversary. She is picky about colors so I did my best to pick a color I thought she would like, of course she wanted a different color. But no problem as the customer service was amazing and the return was completely free and she then got to pick the color she wanted. She wears it every cool morning on her walk with our 11 month old and says it makes her feel a little more alive! Motherhood can take its toll but this scarf helps bring a smile to her face.
