The Ovcio Featherlight Scarves are amazing!

I own ten of these scarves, and here is why: They are the ultimate everyday and/or travel and style accessory. They scrunch down incredibly small (the mini pouch is brilliant for handbag protection) yet provide surprising warmth. I layer two for cooler days or wear one to color-match my outfit. The packaging makes them a stunning, ready-to-go gift. I simply can't recommend them enough!

Product and service mismatch

First, once received, the product is as advertised, very nice.

Ordered on 12/12/25, about a week later received a notice of expected delivery on 12/26/25, a day after Christmas. I was furious. I thought, well, because I live somewhere deep in the Mohave desert, maybe ——oh, no, sorry, Cincinnati Ohio. I don’t think Cincinnati is a hard-to-reach locale……...Ironically, you touted the small compact, weightless nature of the product, yet caused me to wait 9 business days for delivery. At Christmas time. A total mismatch of product vs service. You have a product costing maybe, what $25, selling for $139, which costs probably $3 to ship, and you make the customer wait till AFTER CHRISTMAS to receive? Just surmising over here, but you might consider shipping your product without an upcharge in 3 or 4 days. Also, I spent about 30 years in retail. Might I hazard a guess that most men buying Christmas presents are not doing so 3 or 4 weeks in advance? Sure, your terms say 7 - 9 business days. But when buying a premium product, with a premium price, your customer is generally expecting premium performance. Your organization is TONE DEAF to your customer base. Selling a premium product should couple up to premium experience for the customer. Instead, selling a premium product but treating the customer like a Walmart shopper is a sure way to defeat any level of customer loyalty. Wait, actually, Walmart does.next day shipping with no upcharge. Further to the point, elsewhere, I could buy a $50 cashmere scarf, pay $10 for shipping, and make sure I get it before CHRISTMAS. Consider me disappointed and wary of Ovcio for future business.

First time buy

I wanted to purchase a scarf for myself and one for my daughter. I had to make a choice, so of course my daughter received the gift. First thing she said was how soft and lightweight the scarf was as she passed it around for others to feel. She commented that she loved the color as, "yellow is my favorite color".
