After sale service and return

I bought two scarfs (I alrrady have three and I adore them) and I was not happy with one colour - I asked to exchange it . Great after sale service but they shiped the erong colour (Black instead of grey) Conclusion they shipped the grey one ! Communication was smooth and very well manager - and don’t forget the products are faboulous!
