Excellent customer service

I purchased the wrong scarf as a gift to a friend. I was so excited to give it to her. I already own a couple of Ovcio scarves and love them. What a disappointment when she opened her gift and I had selected the wrong scarf. She said she loved it but I could see in her eyes that she was disappointed.
