I have other Ovcio’s I adore. This mohair is different. Upon receipt, I learned it’s not my cuppa for a scarf.

I’ve given time and money and then you hound me to do more give you more!! This trend of asking a customer (repeatedly) to answer a survey every time they make a purchase is annoying af.
Obviously if I haven’t answered your first 20 requests for more of my time and energy, I probably do NOT want to take the bloody survey. Do you think sending me daily reminders and requests is a good way to make a loyal customer?
