I hesitated about buying the Effortless Vest. Wasn’t sure if it would be comfortable to wear over a sweater as well as a blouse or dress. I also wasn’t sure about the roll collar, but I really needed a black vest, so I took a chance and ordered it. Wonderful in every way. I plan to order a lighter colour in the Spring. This design is a winner!
