Return policy

Because of your President’s recent tariffs, returning an item is impossible due to paperwork and a duty charge to return an item ( I’ve never heard of a duty charge to return an item)So for Canadians this is a very bad situation . So sadly you are loosing me ( and likely other Canadians)as a customer .

Bought a Silk Cardigan — arrived in good time, very nice!

Unfortunately, the colour/fit was wrong for me and I had to return it.

Customer Service for the return was EXCELLENT.

My emails were responded to quickly, with clear, easy instructions on how to return the item.

My refund was credited to my card quickly and the postage was refunded to me quickly.

So while the cardigan wasn’t right for me, OVCIO was a pleasure to deal with, and I won’t hesitate to order another item in the future.
