Beautiful Scarves and Superb customer service

Let me start by saying I bought 2 scarves and one was really not the color I had in mind. The other one was just perfect. I contacted the company and they allowed me to return it for free and then allowed me to order a different color or offered me a refund. I opted for a different color and it was perfect. They are very understanding because some colors do not appear the same in person, because of lighting and computer monitors etc. The quality of the scarf is sooooo gorgeous and soft. I seldom wear wool/cashmere but this is so so soft and comfortable. WOW. BTW I purchased the Teal and the Fuchsia ones. The packaging is superb. It comes with a wonderful little pouch, very handy for traveling. I am actually storing them in the original box and hope to add to my collection. The photo was taken without lights..facing an open window during a cloudy day.
